Order No. Missing


i am using Cs cart Version, 2.1.2, I was just going through my orders of last 2 months and all the orders last year, what i noticed is that the order no. skips, For example last 2 months back after order no. 1599 and i received order no. 1601. Same thing has happened last year. I have checked my paypal and auth.net gateway records if i received any order for order no. 1600 but there was nothing. So it seems like the order no. 1600 was never placed, it just skipped from 1599 to 1601. Why is this happening? Can any one please help me fix this.

I suggest that you should do the following:

  1. In your CS-Cart admin panel, go to Orders > View Orders.
  2. Click on the Incomplete orders link located below the Orders page title at the top on the left.

    If you cannot find the order with ID 1600 on the opened page, the problem requires examination on your server. Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide temporary access to your server by clicking on the Add record link on the Access information page of your Help Desk account so that we could examine the issue.
