We’re wondering if we have all the theme data as well as cart data properly installed for our website as, for example, we wish to add a line to the notification a customer receives indicating their order has been completed however the order landing page in the cart is blank for making such a notice. Is it done somewhere else? Additionally, we don’t have access to the site’s full HTML so as to make changes, add or modify code, etc. This should be there. Further, our cart’s version is 4.3.8 which seems out of line with what’s being currently available! Help on these matters will be appreciated.

Please make sure that the Main content block is enabled for the Order landing page layout page. It can be found on the Design → Layouts page
Rapidly losing faith in CS-Cart!!! Very difficult to get answers on this forum!!!
Considering changing theme but confused with the constantly changing versions. One minute it’s 4.19.1 then 4.20.1 all while we have 4.3.8 which would suggest it is much more advanced than the others but nope. Would like to give consideration to “Nova” but can’t find a demo anywhere so as to give it consideration. Hope for answers but everyone is in Russia so it takes a day or 2 just to get one answer. I don’t know why anyone goes with this cart!!

So you are 17 big updates behind. 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7, 4.8, 4.9, 4.10, 4.11, 4.12, 4.13, 4.14, 4.15, 4.16 4.17, 4.18, 4.19… and 4.19 is with the new Nova Theme

We got a new Store Builder Plus on September 30, 2025. Nowhere can we see the version number nor any mention of “Nova”. In our cart’s files it mentions 4.3.8
Following the instructions to find version in config.php ours shows 4.3.8 despite having been purchased end of Sept last year
Succeeded in making the change to the “Order Complete” confirming email by going to “Order Status” and going to “Complete” and making the change.

Go to → Settings → Upgrade Center →
Now you are in Available upgrades, click on Installed Upgrades and you can see your version.
At the top it shows my license # after that it indicates Hostname, Username, Password and Directory. information, no mention of version or anything else.
If I follow the directory and go to “Var” it shows:

As you can see, there is no Main content block there. Please try to add it to the CONTENT section under the ORDER GIFT block. It should solve the problem
