I've started to get Order #201682 failed a lot on my site. I noticed a few weeks ago the odd order would show failed but then go though. The last 2 orders have each failed 3 times before going though and they are different payment methods so it's not Paypal.
Any ideas, is the some timeout on PHP perhaps thats gone wrong.

This issue requires examination on your server. Please contact us via Help Desk, provide temporary FTP access credentials to your server so we can examine the issue in more detail.
Can't sorry, only I access my data. Anyway I suspect you'll only suggest I update my cart as it's not the latest version. I just wondered if anyone has had this before.
