our contact us form sends us emails but when we get orders we get no emails other then paypal that they paid. So i know the server and settings are right. Did I forget to put an email some where for when we get orders?
Check Order Status and/or Company settings
When I checked order status I noticed “Notify orders department” was unchecked should that be checked?
Yes, and you have to make sure you have an email address in your Company information for the Orders department. Those two things together should send the email notification to you.
