we recently noticed that when a vendor reaches out to a customer, the email that's being sent to the customer & vendor is always sent in German, no matter what language they have set as preferred in their profile.
Order updates and RMA messages are all sent in the respective languages.
I should add that we have a multilingual marketplace with English, French & German - English being the default language.
We also tried whether it has to do with the language set in the vendor profile, but this also does not seem to have any effect on the email.
does anyone know where we can check whether the ['lang_code'] is set up properly?
We are using v. 4.13.2.
