I have a cs installation that serves 50 physical locations, which are managed by 10 area managers.
The supervisors in these 50 locations place the orders and the email order status of PENDING needs to go to just one of the the designated managers who controls that particular site, who will change it to "APPROVED" and add a PO Number so we can process the order and ship goods.
So for instance I would like to have , site A, B and C, send the order status to Manager A, and site D, E and F be sent to manager B, and so on.
Addon maybe, ? Is it possible.
Sure we can do it manually in the back end but Id like to automate if possible and cost effective.
