Order And Payment Received But No Order And Name In Cs Cart

Hi there again, I just have received order and payment as well, but if I check the cs cart admin I realized there is no order or name of the customer of this order :-( so any idea ? I have got order number and that is it

Probably, the order got the Incomplete status. You can check them on the Orders page in the admin panel. Click the gear buttion and select Incomplete orders.

Yup that was an issue :-) So I had not any idea about these kind of orders
