Optimize the wishlist?

Hi,

I’m using 2.2.4 Multivendor.



Once a customer’s wishlist reaches about 15-25 products customers will experience problems viewing their wishlist. Either it doesn’t open or a timeout error occurs. Increasing the phpmemory limit helps only to a certain degree. I searched the forums and saw two related posts. I hope someone can help since our customers normally add more than 20 items to their wishlist


  1. Is there any way to optimize/modify the wishlist so it doesn’t use up too much memory?
  2. Is there a way to set a limit to number of wishlist items? (customer will receive an alert once they reach the limit)
