i haven´t problem with translation, i can edit template code, but i don´t find what is it…

What I'm trying to say is, the text might be in languages. Not in a template.

… i found where is template for terms & conditions checkbox (skins\basic\customer\views\checkout\components), but cannot find where is template for skip payment and newsletter checkbox. In language variables is nothing, only translation…
