Offer different payment methods according to order values

Can someone please tell me how I can offer different payment methods according to order values?



eg 1. if the order total is below £650, the customers will be offered PayPal and Skrill (Moneybookers).

eg 2. if the order total is over £650, the customers will be offered PayPal and WorldPay.



Would this be possible?
