Note To Customer

Can we have another field call Note to customer, so if there are problem with the order the seller can log the status of it (customer report lost order, investigate with shipper …) so buyer can login and view the progress???



It would be nice to allow the buyer to leave note for specific order (like the support ticket in CS-Cart). Ticket for the order can only be enable by the seller, if there are problem with the order, then the seller will enable the ticket for the specific order to communicate with the customer. this way the seller can easily track what going on, customer too

I believe something similar has been discussed along with alot of good ideas and other mods coming…
