So I have tried the php mail function…
I have also tried the SMTP send function…
None of them work…
What am I doing wrong.
Customers are not getting updates and the emails from forms are not sending.
Please help.
I am running a mail.com account.

In your Admin panel, go to [Orders]->[Order Statuses]
Edit each one and look for the setting “Notify Customer” … see if the checkbox is checked or not… Adjust them accordingly
