No Shipping Options For South Africa

A customer from South Africa contacted me saying that they added two products to the shopping cart, but when they got to checkout and entered their information, it came up and said there were no shipping options available for their location. I checked in my admin, and South Africa is Active in Countries.

Where should I be looking in order to fix this problem so they can place their order?

I'm nowhere near the latest version but my guess would be to check the rate areas.

As far as I can tell, it looks like South Africa is set up correctly in the Rate Areas section. See attached.


Next I would check shipping methods. Are you using real time shipping? If so, maybe it's not set up correctly for getting rates for South Africa.. Check for errors in logs.
