No Shipping Options for Multiple Shipping Methods

Hello All-

I don’t know if something has changed with a recent upgrade because I thought I had this problem resolved. I am on version 2.1.2.

I get the “Unfortunately,no shipping options are available for your location…etc” when I tried to use 2 different shipping methods on the same order.

For example, I try to order something with FedEx ground and FedEx Freight.

I can order the items individually and it works fine. But combining them in an order won’t work.

I can also order items from different suppliers with the same FedEx ground and it works fine-just not multiple shipping methods.

I have the “Enable Suppliers Functionality” checked under the Admin/Settings/Suppliers.

What am I missing? Anybody else have problems with multiple shipping methods not working at checkout?

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

I am on my free 30 days support and just submitted a ticket for the same issue. I’ll let you know what they say.

Well, they haven’t answered yet (I guess they’re on a Russian holiday :smiley: ) Anyway, I was able to get mine working. All I did was go to Admin>Settings>Suppliers and check the "Display shipping methods to each supplier separately " check box. Now when I have multiple products from Suppliers that use different shipping methods, all suppliers and methods show for each product ordred.

I have never had to have that checked before and don’t like to have to show all of that information to my customers, BUT it does work now so thank you!

Does it show one per shipping method, or one per supplier? I.e. if 2 suppliers both used UPS Ground and another used FedEx Ground, would there be 2 listings (UPS and FedEx) or would there be 3 (one for each supplier)?

Ok, here is what I got.



If I don’t have the "Display shipping methods to each supplier separately " checkbox checked than I get the Unfortunately no shipping options error.



When this box is checked I don’t get this error, but the shipping is super confusing and not at all what I want my customers to see.



I’ve checked this in both 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 beta 3



Yes, this does also display each shipping option individually.



Honestly, this kind of sucks. I just want my customers to see the shipping total and not even know the products are coming from different suppliers.

It shows one shipping method for each supplier. So 1 for fed ex and 1 for ups, etc. It won’t work if you don’t have that “Display shipping methods for each supplier separately” checked on. I have always left this unchecked before because I don’t want that to be shown to my customer. It looks very confusing and tacky. I know this used to work before (maybe last upgrade) because I always left it checked off and it worked.

I am on 2.1.2. I would LOVE to get this fixed.
