No Shipping Options Available For Your Location.

After I set up the shipping methods and set all the locations, countries and states, on my test check out

I got this message for the shipping:

WarningSorry, it seems that we have no shipping options available for your location.
Please check your shipping address and contact us if everything is okay. We'll see what we can do about it.

Can someone help?

If you have configured the shipping method correctly, it should work. Has location tab of this shipping method the "+" sign?

docs.cs-cart.com - is the latest documentation resource which contains: developer docs & tutorials, user guide and knowledge base articles.

kb.cs-cart.com is deprecated now and we recommend use only for versions 4.2.x and lower.

Same problem with 4.3.9.
We double check the article http://kb.cs-cart.com/shipping-methods-arebut same result on our test check out.
We submit a ticket on Cs cart support and waiting for the solution.

I have the same problem. Has there been a resolution to this ticket?
