I’ve seen some people have had some issues with open orders and the button not working. The solution will be great if i can get the button to appear.
I have the pay again option selected in Admin>Order statuses>Open have emptied the cache and tested with a customers open order using the “act on behalf of” feature and no button appears. Now i get why i didn’t get any conversions of open orders even after i emailed them a discount coupon!
This is important and a solution will help any other forum readers in the same boat. It may pay to check it on your own sites if you haven’t already done so.
