My client reported that nobody from outside the US is able to place an order on his site. I looked into it and got the following message when I enter a valid Canadian address …
"Unfortunately no shipping options are available for your location. Please contact us and we will see about delivering to you.
I currently have three locations set up: USA, non USA and Pennsylvania.
I have real-time USPS shipping enabled with the following service options USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS International Priority, and USPS First Class International.
I’ve been looking online for a while and can’t seem to get this sorted out.
Can anybody offer any assistance?
