John, I’m on the latest version.
I was at “Admin → Design → Blocks → Home Page” many times and I cannot find access to any html editors because I’m trying to edit the text. When I click on edit of the Central Content I got pop-up window that has no any editors.
Please take a look at the attached pics. What am I doing wrong?

I just did. Please take a look at the picture “Admin2.jpg” in my previous post.
There is no html editor over there.
Gazetter,
Admin → Design → Blocks → Home Page
Then select “Add New Block” button at top right of screen.
In Block content drop down, select “HTML Block”.
Below the “Block Text” you will see “Edit in visual HTML editor” link.
Choose Group “Central” if you want it displayed in the Central Column.
I think you’ve got it from there. Just save your changes.

You’re not opening the correct block. Open the “Welome to CS-Cart demo store” block.
