New Up Grade Version 2.2.1 Error

I just upgraded to the new version of 2.2.1 and now I get this error in both the admin and store front

Hook fn_access_restrictions_user_init is not callable



I cant access the website and the admin panel.



any ideas, god how long before CS-Cart gets to the problem.

Goto FTP and rename the addon 'access_restrictions'

You also should be able to just uninstall the 'access_restrictions' addon. The fn_register_hook() call is in the init.php file in the access_restrictions directory. What is' saying is that a function by the name of 'fn_access_restrictions_user_init' can't be found.
