I have downloaded an energo theme but am having trouble activating it. When I go to activate the theme in the adminstration panel it shows this error message: 404 error; error code: page not found. I have submitted a ticket to support but haven't heard back from them in nearly 24 hours. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for your help!
smth wrong with copied theme files so only support can help you with it…
Thats what I thought initially so I have checked that and they look to be fine. The basic themes that came with it wont activate either only the default theme will work. Support got back to me and said I needed to increase my local and master memory limits to 512M. I just did that and still getting the same error.
