Hi,
I don't want to be rude, but are you sure it is finished? Is see tons of demo-skin accompanied with some new things. If you ask me, 145 is a very large amount of money you ask for this template. There are much cheaper skins available that cost way less.
Just my thoughts, though.

Yeah I have to agree with the comments above. This skin seems like the basic skin with some slight changes. Not worth the price of admission sorry.
I had been asking how to achieve that sort of background affect in CS cart just before . . . .
You would have to pay me $119.00 (per hour) to use that skin design, I could create a design like that in less than 10 mins, and I am not a professional graphics / web designer

So plase tell me, what is important for you in templates… what should be changed and what stay not touched.

It is good that you are trying to make new things and help but the one you have listed isnt gonna sell…to get an idea I suggest you search for “cs cart templates” and see how much change/individual design can be achieved and what price people are charging. This will give you some idea

I think you need to design the template from the beginning.
Best thing to do is first get your design in Photoshop and then try to bring it over to cs-cart.

Client gave me all the screens in psd ( home, product, categories) and then I brought it over to cs-cart.
This work was 150USD.

Don't want to be rude but the Times Roman style font looks odd when everything else seems to be in Helvetica / Myriad style.
I get your idea dvsgr, if we talk about converting customer idea to cscart template take a look at www.pynio.pl - i'v made it for my previous customer
It is much better than the one you posted.
I would say that the problem for a template is mostly inspiration.
Have a look at templatemonster.com (ecommerce templates) or opencart templates. You can get tons of inspiration over there, and even a few good ideas!

OMG! This theme would like to be a replica of “Shoppica” (Link here). Lots of the UI elements are the same (eg. search button, top menu dropdown, block title, etc …) the most of them are the basic CS-Cart theme.
By the way you cannot sell skins with the default layout of basic CS-Cart skin. It is a rule!
