hi,
i tried to change the skin of my cs-cart but it creates only the following folder
Creating directory skins/austere
Creating directory skins/austere/mail
Creating directory skins/austere/mail/profiles
after that it shows the other error when it comes back to theme selector page (we already set the permission to 777 but it said again and again this)…
Error
Cannot create directory /var/www/html/mdpoc_cart/skins/austere. Please check the permissions.
please help me to figure out that problem

You can read about it again in the “Bug Tracker” as well, has to be a bug that knowone else has ever experienced! 
Check not only your file permissions, but what your hosting provider has allocated to your site.
