New Section In Customer Profile - What's For?

I see at the bottom of the custoer profile (within the admin panel) a new section I did not see before with the text - "No items defined".

Can anyone or someone from CS-CART can clarify what this section for? how can admin or customer define items? what do you mean by items? anything??

Try to disable 3rd party addons. It should not be displayed out of the box
