New Folder Structure Is Incorrect?

Looking at the new folder structure for 4.x, it appears it's incorrect:

There is no “frontend” folder in /design. Only a “backend” folder and a “themes” folder.



Am I correct or is my installation missing some folders? Also note, the instructions for my_changes have the same error.

If you have more than one storefront enabled, then you will probably have a design/X/frontend where X is the company_id of the store.

I am having same folder structure and missing “frontend”. I have multistore, but still I cannot see “Frontend”. I need this folder structure for my_changes. Any suggestions?
