need uninstall/reinstall advice

We had someone develop the site, and now we took it over. Since we have unexplainable problems we are considering uninstall/reisntall cs-cart. I read about it in KB. Is that simple? Just unzip the package and move it to the server? Then…


  1. We uploaded the products already. Will we have it after reinstallation?
  2. I am sure developer changed the code. Do I have to redo it?
  3. Anything I have to consider in this process?

Plenty guys on this site can help for payment, you would be wise to start with snorocket www.snorocket.com or jobosales (if hes still around) and people like that who have good knowledge of the code.but many others can do it also.perhaps PM them
