Need To Install Product Promo Text

Need to implement some promo text on the right side of all product pages, as shown in the product pages of the CScart demo storefront, such as http://demo.cs-cart.com/stores/8fc3ae697d1dc00c/electronics/computers/tablets/apple-ipad-with-retina-display-wi-fi-32gb-white/

Text is on the right side and says "FREE US Shipping over $100!"

I looked inside the demo admin and in Design>Layout>Product Page but can't find evidence of this block anywhere. Doesnt seem to be banner. #confused

Would greatly appreciate instructions on how to set this up.

On the editing product page you can edit the promo text at the very bottom of the general tab.
