Need to convert 'select options' text link to an image button

I want to convert the Select Options to an Image just like Add to Cart. That Select option text doesnt look good specially in hot deals. some items showing Add to Cart and some Select Options… So can anyone please tell what to edit, which file and what text to replace or add… ?
