Need help with error that...look

Hi i have my old shop also 1.3.5 and some how i got this error in my header. if anyone can help me will be great.

Have you checked to see if the files still exist? if they do it may be a permissions problem on the derver. Ask your host if they have changed anything!

Sorry for asking but what files do you mean. i mean what folder also? the customer/index.php is there yes
