Today I was apply an extra option to every product like this

Now want to delete this feature from all products. I have disable this variant but still it shown in every product. How I can delete?

Hello!

Please try to change feature value in the "Apply values to all the selected products" section on the product bulk edit page. Products->Edit selected->Unselect all->Select Features.

Did you use global options not applied as a link? In this case you should go to each product page and disable this variant manually

Can I `update` the products via MySQL in current DB? In what field are this options is?

If you do not use global options, you should check cscart_product_options and cscart_product_options_descriptions tables by product ID and option ID to remove option from product
