product weight set to 0 on all 2600 products is there a way to fix the weight on these all at once
also the live help cant get it to work correctly i need to find out how to get this to work i downloaded the beta on help desk and installed it now it asks for path to store but i type the domain name and get a error on this
please give me a example on what should be there thanks calvin
