Need help for Register page modify

I need help to modify the register page … I want to add more text boxes …

I searched a lot, but i have not found anything…I am going crazy.

In this case I advise that you go to the “Profile fields” page in the administration panel of your store (Users-Profile fields) and add necessary fields to the necessary section (Contact information, Billing/Shipping) and enable the check boxes for the " Profile Show / Required" column.
