We have an unfinished skin for CS-Cart 2.0.15 that needs to be updated/finished and then also ported over to version 2.1.1 (we are testing a site on both versions). The header menu bar needs to be FLASH or DHTML based or whatever it takes to operate like the menu bar on www.titleist.com Various other modifications building various wrappers/blocks. Must be compatible with last two versions of the three major browsers.
Must be ready to begin project within next 72 hours and devote full attention to it.

You MUST be a good communicator with attention to detail and provide at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Timezone (GMT-8) for realtime communication.
