As you can see on our CS-Cart template page we’ve partially redesigned all of CS-Cart templates. We’ve made them more flexible and adaptable to any site and wee need your help to rename each of our templates!
Just post your suggested name for each template and if your template name is chosen we’ll give you a free template of your choice ($129 Value)! Simply visit our site, post your suggested names here and that’s it.
Then in 1 week on Wednesday, July 14th we’ll decide the winning name for each template. We’ll then post the winning template names here and send the winning users a free template of their choice!

There’s nothing unethical about this at all. The contest rules clearly stated, “…if your template name is chosen we’ll give you a free template of your choice”. We didn’t like the names that were suggested therefore none were chosen nor will they be used which is naturally the point of the contest.
My guess, you wont receive any more entries on other “contests” given no one wins.

If the community feels we’re in error here, we’re more than willing to give the 1, lone post a free template no problem. However we don’t like the suggested names and won’t be using them which was the clear point of the contest.
However please explain how we should have worded the contest rules to make this point more clear? We’re an honest, trustworthy company and we felt we were crystal clear about the rules, but apparently not.
For example if Pepsi has a “Name Our New Soda” contest do you think they’re giving away prizes to every person who enters or do you think the point of their contest is to find a new name for their new soda? And therefore that entry is the one that wins the prize?

If your not using any of those names then there is no winning template which means no one gets a free template. I think the rules are pretty clear and fair.

In return all we ask is that you; the community, participate and post your names suggestions here, that’s all. Here are the new rules stated as clearly as possible:

Thank you for your submissions. We would also love to see some creative non-descriptive names like RocketTheme.com uses (http://demo.rockettheme.com). Their names don’t describe the theme they are simply creative and memorable, cheers.
