My SQL DB transfer.

Hi,



I bought New Version of CS-CAR.



i’d like to set up new cs-cart on New server so I have to transfer my sql db.



But I don’t know how to transfer db to the new server.



I’m try to check the installation manual but i don’t know what do i do.



Please, tell me how to transfer my sql db.

Although there’s lots of posts in this forum on this subject, I’ll bite on this one…


  1. Install CSC on new server (CSC on new server must be same version as old server)
  2. On old server Admin->Database->Backup
  3. Backup images on old server using Cpanel or whatever
  4. Restore images on new server
  5. Admin->Database->Restore

My csc is old version but i want to upgrade CSC when transfer to new server



What do i do in this case?
