Your problem is related to your PHP setup. I had the same problem when I switched hosts. Contact your host and give them a link to the CS Cart specs page and let them know the error messages you are getting.
They should be able to fix it in minutes.

Based on what you said above and looking at the errors you just quoted, I would assess that you are currently running PHP 5.3.x (probably 5.3.1) and you will note that I highlighted the areas above that clue me in specifically to this based on the specific error messages you are seeing which match specific function areas in the PHP language where backwards incompatible changes where introduced in version 5.3 of the PHP language.

Because of these very substantial leaps requiring internal re-coding for many scripts and web applications out there, I do not recommend that any hosting provider or server owner currently uses PHP 5.3 in a production environment.
The best version to be using at this precise moment is PHP 5.2.12 though you should still be doing pretty good for the most part if you are running PHP 5.2.11 and neither of these two versions will exhibit 5.3’s incompatible changes.
The first thing I would do is check your PHP version [php -v or phpinfo()] and if you are now running PHP 5.3 or PHP 5.3.1 then the solution I would recommend to you would be to downgrade your PHP back to either PHP 5.2.12 or PHP 5.2.11.
Most people will not be able to handle PHP 5.3+ still for quite a while yet so I would avoid using it.
If you have your own server w/Cpanel you could use “EasyApache” (/scripts/easyapache) to do that …
If you have your own Linux server and either don’t have Cpanel or don’t want to use EasyApache,
you could still compile PHP manual and change the version by doing the following:
```php
php -i | grep “./configure”
(Pay attention to the options shown as you'll need it later)
# cd /usr/local/src
# wget -N http://us.php.net/get/php-5.2.12.tar.bz2/from/this/mirror
# tar jxvf ./php-5.2.12
# cd ./php-5.2.12
# ./configure !!!PUT THE OPTIONS NOTED FROM BEFORE HERE!!!
# make
# make check
# make install
(You will likely need to restart your web server)
# [Assuming Apache + Linux] /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart (OR) service httpd restart
```
