I was trying to add a new block to all pages and now my Category menu disappeared. How do I fix this?

and does it show the Categories block on the left? And it’s set as Active?
Yes it is on the left and it was active.
Same thing just happened to me. I added a block on the Home Page and now the categories does not show.
I had to add the categories to the product & categores blocks - but that is not the fix. If I add a new product or category, I have to then manually click to assign to all products/categories.
Anyone know how to override the blocks to make sure the categories is on all pages?
I was able to rename another block to “Category” on the left and change the content to categories - now they display on all pages. Don’t know what happened to the original, but it does not show in blue on the other pages.
