I would guess that you have the Block Title set to My Account for all languages. Edit the block in the Design/Layouts default page for the various languages.

It is the standard issue for the default Cs-Cart.

Yes, you need to insert the correct name for each language manually in [color=#282828][font=arial, verdana, tahoma, sans-serif]Design/Layouts default page[/font][/color].

Block names as well as their content (HTML blocks) are multilingual!
