My Account And Cart Text

Hello all,

i’m having an issue with a field in the frontpage. When i login with admin account in the homepage, In the “my account block” it says: _welcome Admin Admin.

Same thing happens when i put an item in the cart, it says: _my_cart: 1 item(s)

Can someone help me replace these two underscored writings with a new one without using mychanges ?
