Multivendor Eu Tax Solution Required

Hello,

based on the different EU VAT rates (yes I know, this has been discussed many times, but I don't currently see a solution for B2C marketplaces with MultiVendor), need a simple solution for my dealers. I have the following two ways of thinking about it:

Scenario 1:
1) All product price should be entered excluding sales tax
2) This made the correct tax calculation work at checkout, based on the country shipped to (fixed net price + variable sales tax by shipping country = variable gross price).
3) The vendor needs two additional fields in the vendor.php administration next to the price.
4) This fields contains a country code (AT, DE, FR...) and a variable tax rate, eg: AT 20 or DE 19
5) This will calculate a price including the default tax rate (base price) - this price must be displayed in the frontend (and invoices) instead of the original (net) price in each view
6) Additionally, a text must be visible below the price in the product view "Price incl. xx VAT based on xx country of origin), eg. Price incl. 20% VAT based on AT

Scenario 2:
1) All price must be entered including sales tax (product prices).
2) However, this did NOT work for the correct tax calculation at checkout (for problem solution see point 5)
3) The vendor needs two additional fields in the vendor.php administration next to the price.
4) This fields contains a country code (AT, DE, FR...) and a variable tax rate, eg: AT 20 or DE 19
5) At checkout (and invoices) the gross price will be calculated to a net price based on the product price and the selection in point 3 or 4 and calculated with the correct sales tax by country of delivery
6) Additionally, a text must be visible below the price in the product view "Price incl. xx VAT based on xx country of origin), eg. Price incl. 20% VAT based on AT

Scenario 2 would be best, as this "only" requires implementing a new field and changing/correcting the calculation at checkout (and invoices).

Who could take care of this?

Payment for the plugin can be made if the price is reasonable.
