Multiple Store Fronts Clustered Into 1 Root Store

I am interested to know if cs.cart can offer multiple store fronts that are clustered into one (root store) where user can search for products in all multiple store fronts. Search can be based on location or on product.

The search would display a list of store fronts based on the search criteria.

Also, each store front will have its own admin rights.
