If you maintain a multilingual store, you have probably hit this: you open a product in one browser tab to edit the English description, open a second tab and switch it to another language, then go back and save the first tab — and your text lands in the wrong language version.
The reason is that the language a form saves into is taken from the current request, and switching the language in one tab changes it for the whole session. The last switch wins, no matter which tab you are actually typing in.
What the add-on does
It pins the language to the form rather than to the session. Every form in the administration panel gets the language of the tab that rendered it, and saving writes into exactly that language version — regardless of how many other tabs are open or which languages they were switched to.
