“They” gave you your “lashing”, and you survived… All better now! 
go to the “Blocks” section of your admin, you should be able to drag the block up a place or two.
IF it doesnt want to drag properly, then try using a different browser (such as IE rather than Firefox)

I was trying to move the block a bit further than the admin page would allow me. On the right hand side I wanted to move the block up a bit further, because at the moment there is a white space above it.
Just wait when I post my next message in the ‘general sections’ in a min. Uh Oh. But it is a pretty serious issue I have and I don’t think any manual or knowledgebase will help me.
