Moving Features Tab Content To Initial Create Product Page

HI all,

My client wants me to move all content of the Feature tab of Vendor dashboard to Create product page as a section which shows up in initial product creaiton.

Is it possible? If yes , how would I do that?

The features depend on the category. Since the new product does not have category, the system cannot get correct list of features.
