Move old hosts "data" to new host "clean" install

My old host is blocking my cscart emails to AOL, etc and I'm starting with a new host with a fresh clean install, so all I need to do is move/copy “my” data to the new host.



I think I can just do a backup with the specific tables and restore it to the new host.



So, specifically, what tables do I need to backup ? (Both hosts are running the same version)

You'd better backup all tables but if it takes too much time, you can skip tables with prefix cscart_stat and cscart_log because they can contain too much data and take too much of your time[font=“arial, sans-serif”][size=“2”].[/size][/font]
