Modified Core Code Warning

Hi, I'm getting this "Modified Core Code" warning in my natifications from MV CS-Cart. The issue is that I haven't modified the core code. I'm not a dev and haven't done any coding on my site at all,

So is anyone else getting this warning? Does it mean anything?

if you click on the "core files" what kind of files are listed there?

No idea - I updated to the 4.12.2 version and the issue dissapeared.
