The length of your category is really impressive.

@joe I know, its been an issue since the first site we had 5 years ago, which is why were are trying to put emphasis on the search filters on the left had side.

I’d drop the Category block entirely and add a search filter for “make” or “automaker”. I’d also install the new Auto Suggest search addon from ShippingKit. - IMHO
