CLEARLY state on your website that the products are encrypted with the Ioncube encoder and everything will be fine, not every server has Ioncube installed and some hosts refuse to install the de-coders hindering the purchase of such a product useless, also it hinders customers from being able to add custom functionalities themselves…

I hope you understand what a MOD is and what a standalone SW file/package is… there is no MOD we have done till date and intend to do which needs Ioncube encoder 
This file/package for DB update is a standalone package on itself.

Title of the thread clearly states “MOD”
I had no problems with getting the mod to work after finally getting IonCube installed. Also asked them to state this clearly on their website, which apparently they updated.
When I purchased the mod, no mentioning of the IonCube requirement was mentioned, which was a bit irresponsible.

On many servers you can put a ioncube runtime loader into place.
Here are the loaders:

And here are the instructions:

This way ioncube does not have to be “installed” on the server.
Let me know if you get it working this way.
Also I think it is ridiculous that CS-Cart did not include this function in 1.3.5. Thank you topcoderpro.com for building this for us… it is unfortunate that you have to have ioncube to run it though.
