Hi I seem to be missing a feature in all cart: “Ship to Billing”
When I go to the checkout of the cart (step 2) I am not seeing the option for “Ship to Billing”. Looking at the template code, it seems to be there…but I'm not seeing it.
What causes it to be enabled/disabled?
