Like the dynamic changing header, nice touch…
I think theres an issue somewhere with images, it seems theyre not cached
every visit to the same page it appears to reload each image and takes quite a while even on broadband.

Check out Jesse’s post on the thickbox mod, he has resolved the issues as far as I am aware…

Try to move the images into the file system instead of the database.
Inserting the images into file system makes thing easier to cache from memory.
Every SQL transaction may alter the image properties to have them ‘change’ therefore requiring a re-download.
I can vouch professionally for the above however it has fixed a problem of mine a while back with Coppermine(www.coppermine-gallery.net)
