Minimum and maximum order per product

In the standard Cs-cart, the option for enabling minimum or maximum quantity is set for all products. I was wondering if there is a way to change this so that the option shows up per every individual product the admin is listing.
For example, one product can have a minimum order quantity of say 3, while another product is sold normally without minimum or maximum quantity.

It is possible if you do not use free CS-Cart version
